By using GreetGenius (greetgenius.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GreetGenius provides a free tool to create personalized holiday cards using AI-generated messages. You can write or generate a message, choose a default card design, and share a private link with a recipient.

Core card creation features are free. We may introduce optional paid features (such as watermark removal) in the future. Paid features will be clearly marked and never required to use the free card creation flow.

You own the messages you create. By submitting content to GreetGenius, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the card experience to your recipient.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone's privacy without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without notice.

Messages generated by our AI are provided for your use. You may edit, copy, share, or publish them freely — no attribution required.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them to recipients.

Each card is accessible via a unique URL (/p/[slug]). You are responsible for who you share this link with. Anyone with the link can view the card. We recommend only sharing links with intended recipients.

We do not publicly index card links. However, we cannot guarantee that a link will remain private once shared.

You may not use GreetGenius to: send spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate another person; submit illegal content or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

GreetGenius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or that the service will meet your specific needs. Card links may become inaccessible if we discontinue the service — we will provide reasonable notice if that occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreetGenius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or failed card delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
